AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST,
LOUIS PARK CODE RELATING TO
FIRE ZONES SECTIONS 5:25, 5:26,
AND 5:27, ENTITLED "CREATING
AND ESTABLISHING FIRE ZONES"
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION I, That the Section No, 5:25, 5:26 and 5:27 of
the St, Louis Park Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Section 5:Z5. Fire Zone No. 1. All territory and portion
of the City of St. Louis Park included vrithin the B-1 Neighborhood
Business District, and the B-2 General Business District as defined
in Section 6:050 of the St, Louis Park Zoning Ordinance and the map
referred to therein, except such separate areas thereof containing
less than 50, 000 square feet in area, shall be known and designated
as Fire Zone Number 1 for the purpose of Building Code enforcement.
Section 5:26.
Fire Zone No, 2, All territory and portion
of the City of St, Louis Park included within the I-1, I-2 and I.3
Industrial Dietz ices, the R-4 One to Eleven llrni,ly Residence District,
and the R -B Residence -Business District, as defined in Section 6:050
of the St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance and the map referred to therein ,
except such separate areas thereof containing less than 50,000 square
feet in areae and such separate areas of the B-1 Neighborhood Business
District, and the B-2 General Business Dietrict containing less than
50,000 square feel: in area, shall be known and designated as Fire Zone
Number 2 for the purpose of Building Code enforcement,
Section 5:27. Fire Zone No, 3, All territory and portion of
the City of St, Louis Park included within the R-1 and R-2 Single Family
Reoideace Districts and the R-3 Two Family Residence District,, as
defined in Section 6:050 of the St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance and
the map referred to therein, and such separate areae of the 1-1,, 1-2,
and 1-3 Industrial. Districto, the R-4 One to Eleven Family Residence
District, and the R -B Residence District containing less than 50,000
square feet in area, shall be known and designated as Fire Zone Num-
ber 3 for the purpose of Building Code enforcement,
SECTION 3. Thin ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after
its publication.

THE ST LOUIS PARK DISPATCH has had in its makeup not lass than twenty-five percent
of its news columns devoted to local news of interest to said community it purports to serve, the
press work of which has been done in its said known place of publication, has contained general
news, comments and miscellany, has not duplicated any other publication, has not been entire-
ly made up of patents, plate matter and advertisements, has been circulated at and near its said
place of publication to the extent of 240 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has been
entered as second class mail matter in local post office of its said place of publication, that there
has been on file in the office of the County Auditor of said county the affidavit of a person hav-
ing first hand knowledge of the facts constituting its qualifications as a newspaper for publication
of legal notices, and that its publishers have complied with all demands of said County Auditor
for proofs of its said qualification A copy of each issue has been filed with the State Historical
Society, St Paul.
