LOUIS PARK CODE RELATING TO A TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS BUREAU, SECTION 3:200, EN- TITLED'ESTABLISHMENT;' SECTION 3:201, ENTITLED "PROCEDURE", AND SECTION 3 202 ENTITLED "RECORDS, FINES AND FUNDS THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: DEC. 21, 1959 0 Section 1. That the Section Nos. 3:200, 3:201 and 3 202 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows• Section 3:200 Establishment The Traffic Violations Bureau of St. Louis Park is hereby authorized and established. The Traffic Violations Bureau shall be conducted and operated in accordance with rules adopted by the Municipal Court of the City in accordance with Chapter 492, Minnesota Statutes (Chapter 527, Laws of 1953). Section 3:201 Procedure The Clerk of the Municipal Court shall be the Director of the Traffic Violations Bureau and may assign subordinates in his office to perform the work..of the Traffic Violations Bureau under his direction. The Court shall designate the hours when the Traffic Violations Bureau is to be open and the Traffic Violations Bureau will be located in the City Hall. Section 3:202 Records, Fines and Funds The Traffic Violations Bureau shall keep a record of all cases of violations brought before it, including their final disposition, and also a record of the collection and dis- position of all fines. The Traffic Violations Bureau shall submit summarized reports at least monthly, to the Court and City Clerk of all traffic complaints processed by the Traffic Violations Bureau, of all fines collected by it, and of all the final disposition and present status of every case under its juris- diction. Such additional records and reports shall be made, filed and kept as shall be prescribed by the court. All funds for the operation of the Traffic Violations Bureau shall be provided through regular budgetary procedures of the City. Section 2.
