Original 10/22/59 OCT. 26. 1959 ORDINANCE NO. 724 AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PARKING IN STREETS BY PEDDLERS AND BAKERY PEDDLERS The City of St. Louis Park does ordain: Section 1. The following Section is hereby added to the Ordinance Code of the City of St. Louis Park: Section 2:2510. PARKING IN STREETS BY PEDDLERS AND BAKERY PEDDLERS. It shall be unlawful for any peddler or bakery peddler duly licensed under the provisions of the ordinances of the City of St. Louis Park to stop on any public street, alley or thoroughfare In the City of St. Louis Park for more than to enty (20) minutes at any one time for the purpose of transacting Ms business or offer- ing or exposing his goods for sale. Section 2. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars and costs of prosecution or by imprisonment for not to exceed ninety (90) days. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
