ORDINANCE NO. 720
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK
SEP 2 8 1959
The City of St. Louis Park does ordain:
Section 1. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park,
adopted January 20, 1932, Ordinance No. 60, as heretofore amended,
Is hereby further amended, by reclassification of the areas of the various
districts as defined in Sections 2. 2, 11.2 and 14.2 off said ordinance, and
amendment of all appropriate and applicable use, height, and density
district maps therein referred to, as applicable to the hereinafter des-
cribed lands, as follows:
That part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest
1/4 (SE4 of SW 4), Section Thirty (30), Township
Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-four (24), des-
cribed as follows: Beginning at a point on the
South line of said Southeast 1/4 of Southwest 1/4
distant 522 feet East from the Southwest corner
thereof; thence North parallel with the West line
of said Southeast 1/4 of Southwest 1/4 a distance
of 163.9 feet; thence deflecting to the right 87
degrees 14 minutes a distance of 100 feet to the
actual point of beginning of the tract to be des-
cribed; thence North parallel with the West line
of said Southeast 1/4 Southwest 1/4 to the Southerly
line of the Cedar Lake Road; thence Easterly along
the Southerly line of said Road to an intersection
with a line drawn parallel with and distant 726 feet
East from the West line of said Southeast 1/4 of
Southwest 1/4; thence South parallel with the West
line of said Southeast 1/4 Southwest 1/4 to a point
distant 194. 3 feet north from the South line of said
Southeast 1/4 of Southwest 1/4; thence Southwesterly
to the actual point of beginning, Hennepin County,
Minnesota
shall be deleted from the Residential and Light Industrial Use District,
0 "C" Density District, and shall be included in the Multiple Dwelling Use District
Page 2.
"D-4" Density District, and shall be subject to all of the regulations of
said ordinance relating to said Mcltiple Dwelling Use District ,,,rad "D-.4"
Density Districts respectively.
Section Z. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen day after its
publication.

THE ST LOUIS PARK DISPATCH has had in its makeup not less than twenty-five percent
of its news columns devoted to local news of interest to said community it purports to serve, the
press work of which has been done in its said known place of publication, has contained general
news, comments and miscellany, has not duplicated any other publication, has not been entire-
ly made up of patents, plate matter and advertisements, has been circulated at and near its said
Place of publication to the extent of 240 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has been
entered as second class mall matter in local post office of its said place of publication, that there
has been on file in the office of the County Auditor of said county the affidavit of a person hav-
ing first hand knowledge of the facts constituting its qualifications as a newspaper for publication
of legal notices, and that its publishers have complied with all demands of said County Auditor
for proofs of its said qualification A copy of each issue has been filed with the State Historical
Society, St Paul.
