LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: SEP 14 195 Section L That the Section No. 1:1066 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 101066. Nominations by Petition - The mode of nomination for all eligible officers provided by the City Charter shall be by petition as provided for by Sections 4e 06 and 4. 07 of said Charter, No elector shall sign petitions for more candidates for the sarne office than the number of places to be filled at the election, and should he do so his signature shall be void as to the petition or petitions flied subse- quent to the first petition upon which his name so appears. All nomination petitions shall be in the hands of the City Clerk at least ninety days prior to the election and shall be filed in the office of the Clerk in the City Hall prior to the end of the last business day preceding the ninetieth day prior to the election. Each petition when presented to the Clerk must be accompanied by a $5.00 filing fee. (Charter 4. 06). Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days alter its publication.
