HomeMy WebLinkAbout715 - ADMIN Ordinance - City Council - 1959/09/08O Original 9/3/59 ORDINANCE NO, 715 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CI a Y OF ST, LOUIS PARK The City of St. Louis Park does ordain: SEP 8 1959 , Section L The Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park, adopted January 20, 1932, Ordinance No. 60, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended, by reclassificationoa the areas of the various districts as defined in Sections 2. 2, 11, 2 and 14. 2 of said ordinance, and amendment of all appropriate and applicable use, height, and density district maps therein referred to, as applicable to the hereinafter described lands, as follows: Lots 1 through 11, both inclusive, Block 2, Calhoun Addition and vacated alley seven (7) feet in width abutting the West lines of said Lots 1 through 11, shall be deleted from the Commercial Use District with Limitations under Ordinance No. 445, passed March I, 1954, 2-1/2 Story Height District and "C" Density District and shall be included in the Multiple Dwelling Use District 6 story Height District, "D-1" Density District, and shall be alib- i) to all of the regulations of said ordinance relating to said Multiple Dwelling Use District, without limitation, 6 Story Height District and "D- 1" Density District respectively, and that part of the East 250 feet of the West five-eighths of Northeast quarter of Northwest quarter ( W 5/8 of NE 1/4 of NW 1/4), Section 6, Township 28, Range 24, except road and state highway, lying South of the South line of Vest 31st Street extended West shall be deleted from the 2-1/2 Story Height District and "C" Density District and shall be included in the 6 Story Height District, "D-1" Density District, and shall be subject to all of the regulations of said ordinance relating to said 6 Story Height District and "D-1" Density District respectively. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen day ter its publication.
