LOUIS PARK The City of St. Louis Park does ordain: Section 1. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park adopted January 20, 1932 as heretofore amendad, is hereby further amended by reclassification of the area of the respective use districts as defined in Section 2. 2 of said ordinance,and the use district maps therein referred to, as follows: Lots 25, 26, Block 3, Lots 6, 7„ 8, 9, Block 4, and Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, Block 7, all in Thorpe Bros. Univer- sity Club Addition. An area bounded on the West by the right of way of the Minneapolis, Northfield, and Southern Railway; on the North by the South line of Cedar Lake Road; on the East and South by the following described line: commencing at a point where the East line of Lot 25, Block 3, Thorpe Bros. University Club Addition extended south intersects the South line of Cedar Lake Road, thence Southeasterly at right angles to the South line of Cedar Lake Road a distance of 135.0 feet; thence Southwesterly parallel to the South line of Cedar Lake Road and distant 135.0 feet therefrom to an intersection with the South line of Section 4, Township 117, Range 21, thence West along said South line of the Section to the right of way of the Minneapolis, Northfield, and Southern Railway. e An area bounded on the North by the South line of Cedar Lake Road, on the East by the right of way of the Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railway, on the South by a line parallel with and distant 175.0 feet South of the North line of Section 9, Township 117, Range 21, and on the West by the West line of Lot 13, Block 7, Thorpe Bros. University Heights Addition extended South. shall be deleted from the Commercial Use District and shall be included in the Residential Use District, and shall be subject to all of the regulations of said ordinance relating to said Residential Use District.
