The Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park, adopted January 20, 1932, Ordinance No. 60, as hereto- fore amended, is hereby further amended, by reclassification of the areas of the various districts as defined in Sections 2. 2, 11. 2 and 14. 2 of said ordinance, and amendment of all appropriate and applicable use, height, and density district maps therein referred to, as applicable to the hereinafter described lands, as follows: Commencing at a point distant 227. 75 feet Northwesterly at right angles from the centerline of Excelsior Boulevard, from a point distant 240. 7 feet North- easterly along said centerline from its intersection with a line bearing S 45°- 30' E from a point in the South line of the Northeast quarter (AVE 1/4) of the South- east quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section dis- tant 254. 5 feet East from the Southwest corner thereor; thence Westerly at an angle of 33°- 41' to the left 36. 5 feet, thence at an angle of 33°..41' to the right 120 feet, thence at right angles North- easterly 180.0 feet, thence at right angles Southeasterly 120.0 feet, thence South- westerly 162. 7 feet to the point of be- ginning. shall be deleted from the , Resident jal Use District, 2-1/2 Story Height District and "C" Density District and shall be in- cluded in the Multiple Dwelling Use District, 3 Story District, "D-2" Density District, and shall be subject to all of the regu- lations of said ordinance relating to said Multiple Dwelling Use District, 3 Story Height District and "D-2" Density District respectively. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council June 8, 19`• 9.
