LOUIS PARK The City of St. Louis Park does ordain: Section 1. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park adopted January 20, 1932, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by reclassification of the area of the respective use districts as defined in Section 2. 2 of said ordinance, and the use district maps therein referred to, as follows: All those portions of Eaton's Second Addition and Eaton's Third Addition now in Open Development and Heavy Industrial Use Districts. shall be deleted from the Open Development and Heavy Industrial Use District to be included in the Residential Use District, and shall be subject to all of the regulations of said ordinance relating. to said Residential Use District. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council Juni 8, 1959.
