ORDINANCE NO. 692
AN ORDINANCE PROMBITING DRIVING MOTOR
VEI[CLES WITH DRIVER"S VISION OBSTRUCTED
The City of St. Louis Park does ordain:
Section 1. Section 3. 114. WINDSHIELDS, OBSTRUCTED VISION.
No person shall drive or operate any motor vehicle with a windshield
cracked or discolored to an extent to limit or obstruct proper vision,,
or with any objects suspended between the driver and windshield. other
than sun visors and rear vision mirrors, or with any sign, poster, or
other non -transparent material upon the front windshield, sidewings,
side or rear windows of such vehicle, other than a certificate or other
paper required to be so displayed by law, or authorized by the State
Director of Civil Defense.
The windshield on every motor vehicle shall be equipped with a
device for cleaning rain. snow or other moisture from the windshield,
which device shall be so constructed as to be controlled or operated by
the driver of the vehicle.
No person shall drive any motor vehicle with the windshield or
front side windows covered with steam or frost to such an extent as to
prevent proper vision.
Section 2, Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished
by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars and costs of prosecution
or by imprisonment for not to exceed 90 days.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen .ys after its
publication.

of its news columns devoted to local news of interest to said community it purports to serve, the
press work of which has been done in its said known place of publication, has contained general
news, comments and miscellany, has not duplicated any other publication, has not been entire-
ly made up of patents, plate matter and advertisements, has been circulated at and near its said
lace of publication to the extent of 240 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has been
iiiitered as second class mail matter In local post office of its said place of publication, that there
been on file in the office of the County Auditor of said county the affidavit of a person hay -
first hand knowledge of the facts constituting its qualifications as a newspaper for publication
legal notices, and that its publishers have complied with all demands of said County Auditor
or proofs of its said qualification A copy of each issue has been filed with the State Historical
Society, St Paul
