ORDINANCE NO. 690
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK
MAY 4 1959
The City of St. Louis Park does ordain:
Section 1, The Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park,
adopted January 20, 1932, Ordinance No. 60, as heretofore amended,
is hereby further amended, by reclassification of the areas of the
various districts As defined in Section 2. 2, 11.2 and 14, 2 of said or-
dinance, and amendment of all appropriate and applicable use, height,
and density district maps therein referred to, as applicable to the
hereinafter described lands, as follows:
Lots 8 and 9, Block 1, Kavlis Cedarmont Additon, and
That area bounded on the South by the North line of
Cedar Lake Road, on the West by the East line of
Natchez Avenue, on the North by the North line of
Lot 8, Kavlis Cedarmont Addition extended East, and
on the East by a line parallel to and 135 feet East of
the East line of Natchez Avenue
shall be deleted from the Commercial Use District, and shall be in-
cluded in the Multiple Dwelling Use District, and shall be subject to all
of the regulations of said ordinance relating to said Multiple Dwelling
Use District.
That area bounded on the West by the extension South
of the East line of Natchez Avenue, on the North by
the South line of County Road 16, on the East by a
line 135 East of and parallel to the East line of
Natchez Avenue extended, and on the South by a line
169 feet South of the center line of Cedar Lake Road,
and

That area bounded on the East by the West line of
Natchez Avenue extended South, on the South by a
line 168 feet South of the Center line of Cedar Lake
Road, on the West by a line parallel to and 107 feet
West of the West line of Natchez Avenue extended,
and on the North by the North line of County Road 16
shall be deleted from the Commercial Use District, "C" Density Dis-
trict and 2-1/2 Story Height District, and shall be included in the
Multiple Dwelling Use District, "D-3" Density District, and 3 Story
Height District, and shall be subject to all of the regulations of said
ordinance relating to said Multiple Dwelling Use District, "D-3" Den-
sity District, and 3 Story Height District respectively.
Section 20 This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its
publication.

place of publication to the extent of 240 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has been

been on file in the office of the County Auditor of said county the affidavit of a person hay -
first hand knowledge of the facts constituting its qualifications as a newspaper for publication
legal notices, and that its publishers have complied with all demands of said County Auditor
or proofs of its said qualification A copy of each issue has been filed with the State Historical
Society, St Paul.
