LOUIS PARK The City of St. Louis Park does ordain: Section 1. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park, adopted January 20, 1932, Ordinance No. 60, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended, by reclassification of the areas of the various districts as defined in Sections 2. 2, 11.2, and 14. 2 of said ordinance, and amendment of all appropriate and applicable use, height, and density district maps therein referred to, as applicable to the hereinafter described lands, as follows: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 30, Township 29, Range 24, described as follows: beginning at a point where the Northerly line of County Road No, 16 intersects a line which line is 726.0 feet East of and parallel to the West line of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 30; thence North along the last described line to the Southerly line of Cedar Lake Road; thence Northeasterly along said Southerly line of Cedar Lake Road, a distance of 244. 18 feet; thence deflect- ing to the right at an angle of 98 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds to the Northerly line of County Road No. 16; thence Southerwesterly along said Northerly line of County Road No. 16 to the point of beginning shall be deleted from the Residential and Light Industrial Use District, "C" Density District, and shall be included in the Multiple Dwelling Use District, r "D-4" Density District, and shall be subject to all of the regulations of said ordinance relating to said Multiple Dwelling Use District and "D-4" Density Districts respectively. • Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
