ORDINANCE N0, 665
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF ST, LOUIS PARK
The City of St, Louis Park does ordain:
Section 1, The Zoning Ordinance of the City of St, Louis
Park adopted January 20, 1932, as heretofore amended, is hereby
further amended by reclassification of the area of the respective
use districts as defined in Section 2,2 of said ordinance, and the
use district maps therein referred to, as follows:
Lot 2, Block 1, Kavlis Cedarmont
shall be deleted from the Residential Use District and shall be in—
cluded in the Multiple Dwelling Use District, and shall be subject
to all of the regulations of said ordinance relating to said Multiple
Dwelling Use District,
Section 2, This ordinance shall tame effect fifteen days
after its publication,
Adopted by the City Count. December 8 , 1958

THE ST LOUIS PARK DISPATCH has had in its makeup not less than twenty-five percent
of its news columns devoted to local news of Interest to said community it purports to serve, the
press work of which has been done in its said known place of publication, has contained general
news, comments and miscellany, has not duplicated any other publication, has not been entire-
ly made up of patents, plate matter and advertisements, has been circulated at and near its said
place of publication to the extent of 240 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has been
entered as second class mall matter in local post office of its said place of publication, that there
has been on file in the office of the County Auditor of said county the affidavit of a person hay -
first hand knowledge of the facts constituting its qualification as a newspaper for publication
