"AN ORDINANCE AMENDI16 T 2ON ORDS OF THE VILLAGE OF STo LOOTS PARK" TRE CITY OF STo LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 10 Section 18 of Ordinance No, 3499 adopted on December 19, 1949, entitled "An Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of St. Louie Park," is hereon amended to read as follows: "D" DENSITY DISTRICTS" Section 18o1...There shall be four "D" Density Districts Immo as follows: D4 Density District D.2 Density District D.3 Dimity District D.44 Density District All areas of "D" Density Districts in existence on the effective date hereof, are hereby designated D..4 Density Districts and shall be snbjeot to all regulations relative to D.4 Density District, Within all "D" Density Districts the size of buildings, the arrange. meet of buildings on lots, and the minion lot area per family shall be as follows: 18,1.1, NINDRIM LOT AREA PER FAMLT, The minirmim lot area in "D" Density Districts for amr parcel of land to be used in whole or in part as a dwelling site shall be not less than the following min. itamr lot areas for each dwelling unit to be located thereon: In D.1 Density District, 1200 square feet; D.2 Density District. 1700 square feet; D.3 Denaity District, 3,000 square feet; D.4 Density District, 4000 square feet° 18,2.1, SMACK.
