AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND LICENSING
DOG ONNETS
TRE CITY OF ST0 LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN°
Section 10 Dog Kennels shall be licensed and regulated as follawes
Section 2:13500 Dog Kennel License Required° No person @hall operate
or maintain any kennel within the City of St0 Louis Park unless a

Section 2113520 Application. Application for license shall be mad®
to the City Clerk upon forme furnished by him and shall state the rias
address and telephone number of the applicants the location cf the
kennel to be licensed° and such other information as the City Manager
shall require°
Section 2:13530 License Fee. Tha annual license fee for such lice
shall be $500000
Section 2:13540 Regulations°
(A) Feting° Every kennel shall be encloaed or fenced in such
manner as to prevent the running at large cr escape of doge
confined therein°
(B) Humans Operation° Every kennel shall be operated in a cleans
healthful° sanitary° safe condition and'in a humane manners
and failure to do so shall constitute grounds for a revocation
of the license of such kennel° The decision of the Health
Off4aer as to the manner of operation of any kennel in
relation to any of said matters shall be presumptive proof
thereof 0

Section 20 Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance
stell be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shy be punished by
a fire of not more than one hundred dollars and costa of prosecution or by
immiaannent for not to exceed 90 dap.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after itc
publication.

Section 1. Dme,,elb.aliall be licensed and regulated as follows
Section 2:13590 Kennel License Required. No person shall operate
or maintain any kennel _Within the City of St Louis Park unless a license

Section _2:1351. Def ffX sof Kennel. Kennel., as used in Sections 2 1350
through 2`1354 shall mean any place where any person shall keep four or
more dogs which are over the age of 9 weeks, for a longer period than

Section 2.1352. Application. Application for license shall be made to
the CitylHelleik upon forms furnished by him and shall state the name,
address, and telephone number of the applicant, the location of the kennel
