AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ON CERTAIN PORTIONS
OF VIRGINIA AVENUE, MINNETONKA BOULEVARD,
OTTAWA AVENUE AND W00DDALE AVENUE
TRE CIT! OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDA]Ns
Section 10 No person shall stops park, or leave
standing any vehicle, wthar attended or unattended, upon the
following streets and avenues in the City of St. Louis Parks
Virginia Avenue, both sides of the street,
from Minnetonka Boulevard to Tera=Tonka
Avenue; and
Minnetonka Boulevard, both sides of the
street, from Virginia Avenue to Wyoming
Avenue; and
Ottawa Avenue, on the east side from
Minnetonka Bouleva d to Higher No. 7, and
oaths west side from 31st street to
a point 250 feet north of the nor=
line of 31st street; and
Wooddale Avenue, on both sides of tha
street, from the Milwaukee Railroad
to 35th street.
Sreetion 2. The City Manager is authorised to pry
and instrill proper signs and markings to indicate the restrictions
imposed in Section 1 hereof.
flection 3. Any person violating the provisions of this
ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction there-
of shall be punished by a f ine of not more than one hundred dollars
and costa of prosecution or by imprisonment for not to exceed 90 days.
3ectionb. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days
after its publication.
