ORDINANCE NO, 648
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK
The City of St, Louis Park does ordain:
Section to The Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park, adopted
January 20, 1932, Ordinance No. 60, as heretofore amended, is hereby further
amended, by reclassification of the areas of the various districts as defined in
Sections 2, 2, 11.2 and 140 2 of said ordinance, and amendment of all appropri-
ate and applicable use, height, and density district maps therein referred to,
as applicable to the hereinafter described lands, as follows:
All of Block 3, Creek Terrace Addition, except a strip 100
feet in width along the southwest property line thereof
shall be deleted from the Residential Use District, "A" Density District, and
shall be included in the Light Industrial Use District, "D" Density District, and
shall be subject to all of the regulations of said ordinance relating to said Light
Industrial Use District and "D" Density District respectively.
All of Block 3, Creek Terrace Addition, which is not iacluded'
in the above described lands
shall be deleted from the Residential Use District, "A" Density District, and
shall be included in the Limited Commercial Use District, "D" Density District,
and shall be subject to all of the regulations of said ordinance relating to said
Limited Commercial Use District and "D" Density District respectively♦
Section 20 This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publica-
tion.
