Are ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE -ST. LOUIS PARK
ORDINANCE CODE AND PROVIDING FOR ITS
PUBLICATION IA LOOSE-LEAF FORM
THE City of St, Louis Park Ordains
Section 10 The St, Louis Park Ordinance Code as compiled under the
direction of the City Council by the City Attorney pursuant to Ordinance Noo 502,
adopted September 190 1955, as amended by Ordinance 623 adopted April 28, 19580
and containing introductory sections I through VII inclusive and chapters numbered
1 through 8 inclusive, a copy of which as printed for publication in continuously
revised loose-leaf form is hereto attached, is hereby adopted as a codification
of the ordinances of the City as authorized by Section 3.10 of the Home Rule
Charter of the City of St. Louis Park adopted December 7, 1954. The said St. Louis
Park Ordinance Code as herein adopted shall be treated and considered as a new and
original comprehensive ordinance and shall supersede and repeal all ordinances of
the City passed prior to September 1, 1958, which are specifically repealed by
Ordinance No. 645, adopted October 6, 1958, �-,-
Section 20 The 100 printed copies of said St. Louis Park Ordinance Code
shall be made available at the office of the City Clerk in continuously revised
loose-leaf form at a reasonable charge to be determined by the City Manager,
except such number of said copies of the Code not exceeding 50 copies as shall be
deemed necessary for distribution to Council members, city departments and
historical and legal archives by the City Manager. Said codification shall be
deemed published in accordance with Section 3.10 of the City Charter as of the date
of adoption of this ordinance and shall take effect fifteen days after said dated

Section The original of this ordinate with copy of the
St, Louis Park Ordinance Code hereto attached shall be filed by the
Clerk as an official copy of the Code as herein adopted. The City
Clerk shall keep three additional copies of said Code aa official copies
which shall be maintained in continuously revised loose-leaf fora° Any
addition@ or amendments to said Code when adopted in such foam as to
indicate the intention of the City Council to make the same a part thereof
shall be deemed to be incorporated in said Code, and any repeal of any
portion of said code when so adopted shall be deemed to be deleted from
said codes a reference to the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code shall be
understood as including such additions. amendments. or repeals after the
effective date of the adoption of the same as ordinances of the City°
Section 4. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be printed
revised sheets ofevery loose-leaf page in need of revision by reason of
amendment. addition. or repeal at intervals not exceeding three song

ly made up of patents, plate matter and adveitlsements, has been circulated at and near its said
place of publication to the extent of 240 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has been
entered as second class mail matter in local post office of its said place of publication, that there
has been on file in the office of the County Auditor of said county the affidavit of a person hay -
first hand knowledge of the facts constituting its qualification as a newspaper for publication
