HomeMy WebLinkAbout645 - ADMIN Ordinance - City Council - 1958/09/06ORIGINAL • 1 • ORD!NANCE Nn, 645 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCES OF THE CITY SUPERSEDED BY THE ST, LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE The City of St. Louis Park ordains: Section L The ordinances of the City of St. Louis Park listed in Section 2 hereof, are hereby deemed to have been superseded by the Ste Louis Park Ordinance Code adopted by the City Council October 6th , 1958, by Ordinance No, 646 , and each is repealed in its entirety; provided that this repeal shall not affect any pending prose - shall cution for violation of any ordinance herein repealed and/not relieve any person of penalty or other legal liability for violation or failure to com- ply with any provision of any such ordinance herein repealed.
