The City of St. Louis Park does ordain:
Section 1. That the annual budget of the City of St. Louis Park for
the fiscal year beginning January 1. 1959 which has been aubnnitted by the
City Manager and modified and approved by the City Council is hereby
adopted; the totals of the said budget and the major divisions thereof being
as follows:

Section 2, That the manual budget for the fiscal year 1958 of the City
of St, Louis Park which was adopted by Ordinance 589 and amended by
Ordinance 603 and 628 is hereby further amended to adopt the estimated
revenues and expenditures as presented in the 1958 columns of the 1959
budget as adopted by Section 1 of this ordinance. The totals of said 1958

of its news columns devoted to local news of interest to said community it purports to serve, the
press work of which has been done in its said known place of publication, has contained general
news, comments and miscellany, has not duplicated any other publication, has not been entire-
ly made up of patents, plate matter and advertisements, has been circulated at and near its said
place of publication to the extent of 240 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has bleen
entered as second class mail matter in local post office of its said place of publication, that there
been on file in the office of the County Auditor of said county the affidavit of a person hav-
