AN ORDINANCE SETTING PARKING TILT LIMITS
AND PROHIBITING PARKING ON MINNETONKA
BOULEVARD BETAXN HUNTINGTON AVENUE AND
INGLT':OOD AVENUE AND PROVIDING
PENALTY FOR VIOLATION for 'OF

THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. No person shall park a vehicle or leave a vehicle
standing continuously for a longer period than fifteen (15) minutes
between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 pomo9 and between the hours of
5:00 p.m. to 7:00 pomo9 on the north side of Minnetonka Boulevard be—
tween Huntington Avenue and Inglewood Avenue.
Section 2. No person shall park or leave a vehicle standing
at any time on the south side of Minnetonka Boulevard between Inglewood
Avenue and Olenhurat Avenue.
Section 3. The City Manager is authorized to procure and
install proper signs and markings to indicate the restrictions imposed
in Sectional and 2 hereof.
Section 4. Any person violating the provisions of this
ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof
shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars and
costs of prosecution or by imprisonment for not to exceed 90 days.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after
its publication.

THE ST LOUIS PARK DISPATCH has had in its makeup not less than twenty -live percent
of its news columns devoted to local news of interest to said community it purports to serve, the
press work of which has been done in its said known place of publication, has contained general
news, comments and miscellany, has not duplicated any other publication, has not been entire-
ly made up of patents, plate matter and advertisements, has been circulated at and near its said
place of publication to the extent of 240 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has bleen
entered as second class mall matter in local post office of its said place of publication, that there
has been on file in the office of the County Auditor of said county the affidavit of a person hay -
first hand knowledge of the facts constituting its qualification as a newspaper for publication
