It is hereby determined that the City of St. Louis Park was the sole owner of all property abutting upon both sides of the street hereinafter described at the time of the commencement of these vacation proceedings, and has duly called a public hearing on the vacation thereof, and the Clerk has pub/tithed notice in the official city newspaper, the St. Louis Park Dispatch, on March 27, 1958, as directed by the Council and the City Council has met at the time and place as published in said notice and has conducted a public hearing on said petition and hereby determines that said street is not needed for public purposes, and that it is for the best interests of the public that said street be vacated as petitioned, Section 2. The following described portion of street, as noir dedicated ana '.aid out within the corporate limits of the City of St. Louis Park, be hereby vacated: Yosemite Avenue, abutting Block 1 Collins Second Addition, from rest 37th Street North to the Alley. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to prepare a Notice of Completion containing a copy of this ordinance and to file the same for record forthwith in the office of the Register of Deeds or Registrar of Titles, in and for the County of Hennepin, Minnesota, as the case maybe. Section 4. its publication.
