AUG ?? 1058 pi The City of St. Louis Park does ordain: Section 1. That Section One (1), Subdivisions B and C of Ordinance Noe 626, pasRed June 2nd, 1958, entitled An Ordinance Authoriz- ing Subdivision Of Individual Lots In Recorded Plats In Certain Instances and Authorizing The Building Inspector To Issue Building Permits With Regard Thereto are hereby amended to read as follows: B. The separately described tract of land to be conveyed or designated for building permit purposes by reason of such division or consolidation as described upon said proposed plat or registered land survey, shall not be less than the minimum dimensions required to secure the minimum lot area specified in Section 19, 18 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park, and Co As a result of such division or consolidation as herein au- thorized, no remaining part of an original subdivision lot shall become a separately described tract having less than the minimum dimensions required to secure the minimum lot area specified in Section 19. 18 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park.
