HomeMy WebLinkAbout636 - ADMIN Ordinance - City Council - 1958/08/188-18-58 .AUG 18 1958 ORDINANCE NO. 636 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ST, LOUIS PARK The City of St, Louis Park does ordain: Section 1. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park, adopted January 20, 1932, Ordinance No, 60, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended, by reclassification, of the areas of the various districts as defined in Sections 20 2, 11.2 and 14.2 of said ordinance, and amendment of all appropriate and applicable use, height, and density district maps therein referred to, as ap- plicable to the hereinafter described lands, as follows: All parts of Lots 8 and 9 not taken by State Highway and all of Lots 10 through 17 inclusive, Block 6, Latham's Minnetonka Boulevard Tract 7F shall be deleted from the Residential Use District and 2/ Story Height District and shall •be included in the Multiple Dwelling Use District and 3 Story Height Dis- trict, and shall be subject to all of the regulations of said ordinance relating to said Multiple Dwelling Use District and 3 Story Height District, respectively, Section 2.
