LOUIS PARI{, PROVIDING FOR THE INSTALLATION OR GUARANTEE OF INSTALLATION OF UTILITIES, STREET PAVE- MENTS AND OTHER ESSENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS BY THE SUB- DIVIDER; PROVIDING FOR THE DEDICATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF LAND FOR PUBLIC USE; PROVIDING FOR THE IMPOSING OF PLAT APPROVAL FEES; AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF ITS PROVISIONS. The City of St. Louis Park does ordain: Section L That Section Eight (8), Subdivision G, Subsection Two (2), of Ordinance No. 558, passed February Ilth, 1957, entitled An Ordinance Regulating The Subdivision And Platting Of Land In The City Of St. Louis Park, Providing For The Installation Or Guarantee Of Installation Of Utilities, Street Pavements And Other Essential Developments By The Subdivider; Providing For The Dedication And Acceptance Of Land For Pub- lic Use; Providing For The Imposing Of Plat Approval Fees; And Prescrib- ing Penalties For The Violation Of Its Provisions is hereby amended to read as follows: publication. The lot dimensions in subdivisions designed for single-family detached dwelling use shall not be less than the minimum dimensions required to secure the minimum lot area specified in Section 19. 118 of the zoning ordinance of the City of St. Louis Park.
