LOUIS PARK, MINNESOTA Sunday, December 1, 1991 The meeting was called to order at 12: 10 by Mayor, Lyle Hanks. Present were Mayor Lyle Hanks, Councilmembers Larry Mitchell , George Haun and Jeff Jacobs. Staff present were the City Manager, Director of Community Development and Planning Coordinator. This meeting consisted of a tour of various zoning sites throughout the City. The meeting was conducted in a police van. The sites visited included the following: Property Address Al 's Liquor 3912 Excelsior Blvd. Ken Faulkner 4235 W. 36th St. Golden Auto 7003 W. Lake St. Vogt 3260 Gorham Apple Valley Red-E-Mix 3270 Gorham Super Radiator 3356 Gorham Grand Produce 3384 Brownlow Younger 5624 W. Lake St. Roller Garden 5622 W. Lake St. Cooper Theater 5755 Wayzata Blvd. Texas Ave/I-394 area Edgewood industrial area The consensus of those Councilmembers present appeared to be that the Faulkner property should be designated R-3 zoning. In addition, the Council seemed supportive of the staff recommendation that the Vogt property and the Apple Valley Red-E-Mix property be designated R-4. The Council seemed supportive to designating the Younger Property and the Roller Garden as R-4. No Council sentiment was expressed regarding proposed zoning for the remaining properties contained in the above listing. The meeting adjourned at 1 :45 p.m. Bill Dixon Recording Secretary
