CITY COUNCIL MEETING
111 ST. LOUIS PARK, MINNESOTA
September 18, 1990
1 . Call to order
Mayor Lyle Hanks called the meeting to order at 8:29 p.m.
2. Roll call
The following members were present at roll call : Bruce Battaglia, George
Haun, Keith Meland, Larry Mitchell , Jane Tschida and Lyle Hanks.
Also present was the City Manager.
3. Resolution issuing tax increment revenue bonds
by the Economic Development Authority and authorizing
Amendment No. 2
It was moved by Councilmember Battaglia, seconded by Councilmember Mitchell ,
to adopt Resolution No. 90-137 entitled: " Resolution approving issuance
of tax increment revenue bonds of St. Louis Park Economic Development
Authority and authorizing amendment No. 2 of tax increment agreement
in connection therewith."
-111 The motion passed 6-0.
4. Other business
Mayor Hanks provided a briefing on the status of the Human Rights Commission's
assignment re changing demographics in St. Louis Park.
5. Adjournment
It was moved by Councilmember Battaglia, seconded by Councilmember Mitchell ,
to adjourn the meeting at 8:35 p.m. The motion passed 6-0.
