ST. LOUIS PARK CITY COUNCIL
DECEMBER 31, 1987
1 . Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro Tem Meland
at 12 : 10 p.m.
2 . Roll Call
The following Councilmembers were present at roll call :
Bruce Battaglia, Tom Duffy, Larry Mitchell, Keith Meland.
The City Manager and Assistant City Manager were also
present .
3 . Resolution Designating Legal Newspaper for Calendar
Year 1988.
It was moved by Councilmember Duffy, seconded by Council-
member Mitchell to waive reading and adopt Resolution
No. 87-216 designating the St . Louis Park Sailor as
the City' s legal newspaper for calendar year 1988.
The motion passed 4-0 .
Councilmember Strand arrived at the meeting.
4 . Resolution Approving Securities for Collateral from
Park National Bank
It was moved by Councilmember Mitchell, seconded by
Councilmember Battaglia to waive reading and adopt
Resolution No. 87-217 approving securities for Park
National Bank. The motion passed 5-0.
5 . Verified Claims List
It was moved by Councilmember Duffy, seconded by Council-
member Strand to approve the claims list and authorize
payment. The motion passed 5-0.
6. Adjournment
It was moved by Councilmember Duffy, seconded by Council-
member Mitchell to adjourn the meeting at 12 : 13 p.m.
The motion passed 5-0.
