of Inspectional Services, offered an explanation about a proposed checklist
for St. Louis Park which would be used by inspectors to aid them in enforcing

an inspector would look for. Mr. McPhee responded that the list was intended
to be used as a reminder by the inspectors and could not possibly be all
encompassing.
After discussion among Council members and staff, it was agreed that several
items would be added to the checklist including: a column to the left

the information sheet distributed to home sellers.
