Mr. Schoenecker asked for additional information regarding the assessment for the proposed project. He said the pro,ject would generaie more traffic and that ihe streets no►•� are narro�v and danc�erous, Councilman Elstrom sugqested the Public l�orks Department could look into the traffic situation. . ttr. She sai�i there is barel,y roor� now for the existing residents and any �uests much less the added cars c�enerated from this development. �tr. Thiel said that adequate parking was nart of the complex'splan and that the developer was willing to accede �;o no on-street parkinc� restrictions.
