project and that he had inadverently removed them. He said that the
contractor's surveyor had certified the work.
Councilman Elstrom said the difference between the estimated assessment
and the m�xir�t,r� nroposed by Councilman Nanks was only ahout 2 percent and
tl�at she felt this was not sic�nificantly out of line.

ments. The Director said an issue of concern was the $80,000 for
right-of-way costs.
Councilr�an Hanks asked for further explanation of Mr. Dokka's question.
