LOUIS PARK, MINNESOTA June 20, 1979 The Board of Equalization of the assessment district of St. Louis Park reconvened at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 20, 1979, The following members were present at roll ca11: Ly1e Hanks Ronald Backes John Ra11es Al.so present was the City Assessor. 3. Keith Meland Martha Elstrom It was moved by Ronald Backes, seconded by John Ralles, to approve the minutes of the Board of Equalization meetings held June 4 and June 11, 1979. Chairman Hanks stated the Board of Equalization of assessment district of St. Louis Park was reconvened for the purpose of reviewing and adjusting, if necessary, the property valuations of the.City for the year 1979. Cases The following additional cases came before the Board of Equalization and in each case the complainant was informed that the Board was meeting tor the purpose of reviewing and adjusting, if necessary, the property valuations for�the year 1979. Each complainant or his representative was requested to state the nature of his complaint and to submit any information that would support his claim.
