SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
ST. LOUIS PARK, MINNESOTA
August 25, 1975
. Q;,t�eting was called to order at 8:05 p.m. by Mayor Frank Fleethame

Richard Graves

Also present were the City Manager, Finance Director, Planning Director,
City Attorney and the Planning Commission Chairman, Ted Rudy.
The City Attorney outlined the background, intent and procedures of development
to use
