Seymour Druskin Richard Graves Rose -Mary Griak Lyle Hanks Keith Meland Frank Fleetham Councilman Thiel arrived at 9:23 p.m. Also present were the City Manager, ci; Attorney, Planning Director, Director of Public Works and Acting Secretary, 4. Approval of It was moved by Councilman Meland, seconded by Councilm Minutes Griak, to approve the minutes of the special meeting helc June 9, 1975, with the following correction: Page 159 should read that "Mayor Fleetham is not in agreement with the bridge designs and feels they should be concrete which is more ideal from the commercial point". 5. 6. (d)BurS1ALjY.L In response to concerns expressed to him by residents �an� m relating to recent incident involving burglarly and pru problems vandalism in St. Louis Park, it was moved by Councilman Druskin, seconded by Councilman Graves, to request that staff prepare a feasibility study within the Police Department to find ways to combat burglarly, vandalism, and drug related activities in St. Louis Park. That as a part of this study, the consideration of additional personnel be considered. The report to be prepared within six weeks. The motion passed 6-0. (Councilman Thiel not present for vote.) 8. Ordinance Councilman Griak moved that the Council approve of the Planning Commission recommendations regarding political signs and set date for public hearing. There was no second to the motion.
