CouneilXnan Thiel moved that : since the city has received a number of

gable television network , staff be directed to prepare a report on CATV

MISSION
Councilman Heltzer moved i,o appoint Mrs . Richard Hunegs to fill
the unexpired term of Mrs . Bruce Mitchell ( expires 12 / 3I / 73 ) .
The mo .ion was seconded by Councilman Graves . Councilman Fleet-
ha�n moved to defer this matter until he could review the resume on
file . This motion failed for lack of a second . The vote on the original
raotion carried unanimously .
PAVING AND SANITARY SEWER - AREA OF WEST 28TH STREET
AND RALEIGH AVENUE
The Mayor explained that people on 28th and Raleigh asked that
their street be paved but indicated that there is trouble with the sanitar ,
lever in that area and suggested that no paving be done until the sewer
problem is solved .
It was moved by Councilman Fleetham , seconded by Councilman
Gro-Anson , to authorize staff to replace the sanitary sewer . The
motion calmed 7 - 0 .
