Richard Hunegs to fill the unexpired term of Mrs . Bruce Mitchell ( expires 12 / 3I / 73 ) . The mo .ion was seconded by Councilman Graves . Councilman Fleet- ha�n moved to defer this matter until he could review the resume on file . This motion failed for lack of a second . The vote on the original raotion carried unanimously . PAVING AND SANITARY SEWER - AREA OF WEST 28TH STREET AND RALEIGH AVENUE The Mayor explained that people on 28th and Raleigh asked that their street be paved but indicated that there is trouble with the sanitar , lever in that area and suggested that no paving be done until the sewer problem is solved .
