Mayor Teresi indicated that the Village of Golden Valley has no formal

and Cedar Lake Road in St . Louis Park ; however , there is a concern for
traffic circulation in the area .
After considerable discussion of traffic problems and alternatives for
the area , it was decided that the staff of both municipalities should
set up a meeting with the mayors of the two communities , the representative
from the County Highway Department , representatives from Prudential
InsuranCe Company to discuss possible right - of -way locations for the
extension of Cedar Lake Road to France Avenue (Phase I ) and future
extension from France Avenue to Glenwood Parkway (Phase II ) . The report
will include estimated costs , locations , etc . for the extension .
Richard Craves arrived at this time .
In addition it was requested that the report include recommendations for
"NO Right Turn " off Highway 100 (northbound ) at West 16th Street with
Possible curvilinear designed streets that match the old Cedar Lake
Road for traffic control purposes .

Within 30 days and a tentative meeting was set for Tuesday , October 19th .
