CALL TO ORDER A regular mg eetin of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Thiel at 8 : 08 P . m . t 2 . INVOCATION Invocation was given by Councilman Howard . 3 . ROLL CALL The following Councilmen were present at roll call : James Heltzer Frank Howard Richard Koch Robert Reynolds Leonard Thiel Councilman Galinson arrived at 8 : 20 p . m . and Councilman Graves at 11 : 00 p . m . Councilman Galinson left the meeting at 11 : 25 p . m . Also present were the Acting City Manager , Assistant City Manager , City Attorney , Planning Director , Director of Public Works , City Assessor and Secretary. 4 . MINUTES On motion of Councilman Heltzer , seconded by Councilman Reynolds the minutes of the regular meeting held August 12 , 1968 , were approved by a five yea vote . 5 . They expressed their desire that only one house be placed on the lot and ' were interested in the placement of the house on the lot . Mr . Scott Wilson was present representing the applicant. Mayor Thiel declared the hearing closed . Councilman Howard moved to continue to September 9 at which time the applicant should present a set of plans showing the placement of the house on the lot and facts to substantiate the need for the requested variance .
