INVOCATION Invocation was given by Councilman Howard 3 . MINUTES On motion of Councilman Howard , seconded by Councilman Koch , the minutes of the regular meeting held June 5 , 1967 adjourned to June 13 , 1967 were approved by a six yea vote . A motion was made by Council - man Pearson to reconsider the motion . Motion passed by a six yea vote . A motion was made by Councilman Pearson , seconded by Councilman Heltzer , to add to the minutes of June 5 , 1967 under item 7A that " Mr . Brill was asked to contact his client regarding a new opening west of Texas Avenue on Minnetonka Boulevard , Improvement No . 65 - 33 , to make it a part of the plan if at all possible . It Motion passed by a six yea vote . It was moved by Councilman Koch , seconded by Councilman Howard , to approve the minutes of June 5 , 1967 as amended . Motion passed by a six yea vote .
