The City Manager stated staff ! would like to investigate further extension of the alley . The City Manager announced it was necessary to reset the hearing due to an error in publication . Virginia Kunz requesting consideration of a minimum wage for volunteer junior leaders in the Westwood Day Camp program . It was moved by Councilman Howard , seconded by Councilman Graves , that con - sideration of salaries for volunteer junior leaders in the Westwood Day Camp program be included in the study staff is making with regard to salaries in the Parks and Recreation Department . Motion passed by a seven yea vote . (c ) APPLICATION FOR LICENSE TO HOLD TEEN AGE DANCES AT 6520 CAMBRIDGE AVENUE BY MRS . BARBARA JACOBY . Herbert Davis , attorney , was present on behalf of Mrs . Barbara Jacoby . Mr . Davis described the type of program involved includ - ing staff , parking , total anticipated attendance and fire exits . It was moved by Councilman Howard , seconded by Councilman Koch , to grant the license for teen age dances for a one month period commencing May 12 , to be renewed month by month for one year (with the understanding that if there are problems or unusual com - a plaints the license will not be renewed ) .
