" Motion lost by a vote of three nays and two yeas, Councilmen Koch and howard voting yea. tZESOLUTION NO. 3119 It was moved by �ouncilman �ioward, seconded by Councilman Koch, to waive reading and adopt �esolution No. 3119 entitled "Resolution Granting Variance of Rear Yard Depth from the Requirements of Section 6:064. 5 of the St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance, " which would permit a rear yard of 9 feet instead of the required 35 feet. Vililliam Kaehler, 5121 Bedford Avenue South, Edina, was present concerning the assessment for Improvement No. 64-58 for 2700 Edgewood Avenu�. Kenneth Gaslin, 2801 Sumter Avenue, and R. J. Bartell,inquired about the as ses sment for Improvement No. 63-19. Allen Stiegler, attorney for Charles Schaub, 1330 Westwood Hills Drive, was present concerning the assessment of Improvement No. 65-21, Mayor V`,%olfe declare th� hearing closed except for Improvement No. 65-21. RESOLUTION NO. 3120 It was moved by Gouncilman Howard, seconded by Councilman Koch, to waive r�ading and adopt Resolution No. 3120 entitled "Resolution Adopting Assessment, " levying thc: assessment for all projects except 65- 21 which was tabled until the Director of Public tiVorks could bring the drainage flow map to the meeting. Motion passed by a five yea vote. ' Later in the meeting when the drainage flow map was present and reviewed, it was moved by Councilman Howard, seconded by Council- man Heltzer, to remove Improvement 65-21 from the table. l�/Iotion pas s ed by a five yea vote. It was moved by Councilman Pearson, seconded by Councilman Ileltzcr, to waive first r�ading of proposed ordin- ance as amended to read that Lote 44 through 66, and vacated por- tion of alley� Block 47, :t�earrangement of St. Louis Park t�e rezoned from B-2 District to I-1 District, and to set date for second reading September 19, 1966, Motion passed by a five yea vote. Councilmen Reynolds and Thiel were not present. It was moved by Councilman Pearson, seconded by Councilman Heltzer, to wai ve first r.eading of proposed ordinance rezoning Lots 40 through 43, Block 47, Rearrangement of St. Louis Park and Lots 14 and 15, Block 47, St. Louis Park Centre from B-2 District to R-B Dis�rict, and set date for second reading September 19, 1966. Motion passed by a five yea vote. Later in the me�ting Councilman Howard stated that the home owners present requested that their property be rezoned from B-2 District to I-� District. Councilman �ioward made a motion, seconded by Councilman Koch, to reconsider item 5c. Motion passed by a six yea vote. It was moved by Councilman Howard, seconded by Councilman Thiel, to waive first reading of proposed ordinance to rezone Lots 40 through 66, and va�ated portion of alley, Block 47, I�earrangement of St. Louis Park, and Lots 14 and 15, Block 4?, St. Louis Park Centre, from B-2 District to I-1 District.
