The City Manager stated the County and State had been contacted with regard to participating in a study of Minnetonka Boulevard from France A.venue to Highway 100. V�,Then the County replied they were doubtfu.� of being able to participate soon, a consulting firm was approached for a proposal. It was moved by Councilman Koch, s econded by Councilman Pearson, that the County and County Board of Commissioners be contacted for a study of traffic conditions and the poseibility of including traffic controls in the area from France Avenue to Princeton Avenue, including a time table. ORDINANCE NO. 982 It was moved by Councilman Howard, seconded by Councilman �eynolds, to waive second reading and a�lopt Ordinance No. 982 entitled "An Ordinance Amending th� St. Louis Park Zoning Ord- inance Changing Boundaries of Z�oning Districts, " which would re- zone Lots 40 through 66, and vacated portion of alley, Block 47, Rearrangement of St, Louis Park and Lots 14 and 15, Block 47, St. Louis Park Centre from B-2 District to I-1 District. It was moved by Councilman Koch, second�d by Councilman Reyndds, to approve the plans and approve filling of the �roperty according to proposed plans presented. iViotion passed by a seven yea vote. A motion was made by Councilman Pearson, seconded by Council- man Koeh, to ref�r back to staff for report on costs for the pro- posed layout and if it can be done in stages. Motion passed by a seven y�a vote. �d) COMMU1vICATION FROM THE ST. LOUIS PARK COMMUIVITY THEATI�E CONCERNING PROP4SED COMMUIVIT-Y CENTER. Mr. Colby Skinner, r�presenting the community theatre in St. Louis rr'ark, was present to request consideration for a com- munity theatre in connection with the proposed community center. Mayor Wolfc stated the recommendation would be presented to the cor�nmunity center committee and architect for this project. IvIayor Vl�olfe ordered the report filed. (e) P�OPOS�D ChANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO CONTRACT W'ITH BUi�Y & CAi�LSON INC. FOR ASPHALT PAVING AND CURB, GUTTER, AND SID�WALK IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-34 TO ADD $4, 412. 50 TO CONTRACT ANI� EXTEND COMPLETION DATE TO OCTOBER 10, 1966. It was movec� by Councilman Heltzer, seconded by Councilman Koch, to approve Change Order No. 1 to contract with Bury & Carlson Inc. , and authorize the City Manager to execute.
