CA.LL TO ORDER A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Kenneth V4� olfe at 8: 05 p. m. 2. INVOCATION Invocation was given by Councilman Frank Tioward. 3. ROLL CALL The following Councilmen were present at roll call: Frank �Ioward Curtis �earson Robert i-Zeynolds Leonard Thiel Kenneth W olfe Also present were the City IVianager, City Attorney, Director of Public Vliorks, and Secretary. Councilman Heltzer arrived at 8:10 p, m. 4. MiNUTES On motion of Councilman Thiel, seconded by Councilman Reynolds, the minutes of the regular meeting held July 18, 1966 were approved by a five yea vote. 5. A motion was made by Councilman Reynolds, seconded by Councilman Heltzer, to designate Nutter's Shell as the lowest responsible bidder, to accept bid in the amount of $4, 400. 00, and to authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute the necessary contract.
