Everett Tande of the Ascension Lutheran The following Councilmen were present at roll call: James Heltzer Richard Koch Curtis Pearson Leonard Thiel Kenneth Wolfe Also present were the City Manager, City Attorney, Assistant to the Director of Public Works, and Secretary. Couricilman Robert Reynolds arrived at 8:20 p. m. 4. MINUTES On motion of Councilman Heltzer, seconded by Councilman Koch, the minutes of the regular meeting held June 20, 1966 were approved by a five yea vote as amended by changing the first sentence of the last para- graph on Page 126 to read, "seconded by Councilman Reynolds.
