LOUIS PARK SCHOOL DIS TRIC T. Mr. James Lushine, 4166 Monterey Avenue, was present on behalf of the Morningside Village Council and residents of the area of West 41st Street and Natchez Avenue. Mr. Lushine explained that the residents of the area were concerned with the use of Lot 19 proposed by the St. Louis Park School Board. Mayor Wolfe suggested contact- ing the Sehool Board and others concerned with proposed plans for further informatione It was rmved by Councilman Thiel, seconded by Councilman Howard, to table action on this matter. Motion passed by a six yea vote. The City Manager gave a report including the proposed four stages for storm sewer including Cobblecrest Lake, ZTictoria Lake, Westling outlet, and Hannan Lake outlet. A motion was made by Councilman Thiel, seconded by Councilman Heltzer, that staff prepare a preliminary report for Cobblecrest outlet storm sewer. Motion passed by a six yea vote. Councilman Thiel requested staff ta prepare a written report con- cerning the four areas including approximate aesessment for each. 10. NEW BUSINESS taj PERMANENT STREET ON RHODE ISLAND. It was moved by Councilman Heltzer, seconded by Councilman Koch, that staff prepare a feasibility report for permanent street on Rhode Island Avenue extended north from W est 28th Street.
