Gordon in exchange for property they own. It was moved by Councilman Thiel, seconded by Councilman �-ieltzer, that staff submit a written report with diagrams relative to this property exchange. Councilman Koch suggested that a paragraph be included in all assessment notices to the effect that the owner may pay the enti r e a� s e s smen� �vithout inte re st within thirty days of the adoption of thz asse�sment roll by Council, and may also pay any remaining unpaid assessments with interest accrued to December 31, of the year in which payment is made.
