It was moved by Councilman Reynolds, seconded by Councilman Koch, to designate Peterson-Templin, Inc. as the lowest respon- sible bidder for iron removal treatment plants No. 6 and No. 10, in the amount of $461, 193, 00, and to authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
