At 4:30 p. m. , Mayor yVolfe and Councilman Thiel being the only members
present, the meeting was adjourned until 6:00 p. m.
The meeting was called to order at b:00 p. m, with the following Councilmen
present:

Councilman Ehrenberg arrived at 7:00 p, m.

Also present were the City Manager, Director of Finance, and Assistants
to the City Manager.
RESQLUTION NO. Z88?
It was movec� by Councilman �leltzer, seconded by Councilman Reynolds,
to waive reading and adopt tZesolution No. 288? entitle� "Resolution
Receiving tZeports and Calling Hearing on Improvements No. 64-58, 65-11,
65-53, 65-60, 65-63, 65-?0, 65-73. " The motion passed by a five yea vote.
Councilman Ehrenberg was not present.
It was moved by Councilman Ehrenberg, seconde� by Councilman Reynolds,
that the City Clerk re-study ward and precinct boundaries as to possible re-
apportionment. Motion passed by a six yea vote.
Councilman Howard made a motion, seconded by Counci�man Thiel, that the
Tree Maintenance Activity (101-475Z) be reduced to the following:

Motion passed by a six yea vote.

It was moved by Councilman Reynolds, seconded by Councilman Thiel, that
the Transfer Activity Budget (101-�99) account ?0.27, Abandoned Special
Assessment Projects, be reduced from $10, 216 to $6, 216. Motion passed
by a six yea vote. �

Mayor Wolfe appointed Councilmen Reynolds and Ehrenberg as a committee
to study our present Civil Defense organization far possible reorganization
or elimination.
On motion of Councilman Howard, seconded by Councilman Heltzer, the
meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p, m, until Sepfiember 15, 1965 at 4:30 p. m.
Motion passed by a six yea vote.
