MINUTES On motion of Councilman Thiel, seconded by Councilman Howard, the minutes of the regular meeting held June 28, 1965 were approved by a eix yea vote. Councilman Ehrenberg was not present. 5. Kenneth Brooks, 6724 Eliot View Road, stated there were four residents against the project. John Zobana, 6? 18 Eliot �iew Road, and Rose Peterson, 6730 Eliot View Road, spoke against the project. Eric H. Lindberg, 6626 Eliot View Road was present representix�g those who signed the petition for sidewalk. Mayor Wolfe declared the hearing closed. It was moved by Councilman Thiel, seconded by Councilman Reynolds, that the City Manager report by August 2, 1965 regard- ing measures to be taken on a temporary basis to alleviate flood conditions on Lake Street between Alabama �venue and Brunswick Avenue. It was moved by Councilman Pearson, seconded by Councilman Reynolds, that Council give general approval to the first four pages of the fee changes with additional information to be prepared by staff for the items on pages five and six, and prior to discuseion by Council of these items the persons involved be notified.
