On motion of Couneilman Pearson, seconded by Councilman Howard, the
minutes of the regular meeting held August 17, 1964, w�re approved,
as amended by changing the name from Scherman to Schermer under
item 5(b) , by a votz of s ix yeas . (Councilman R�ynol ds not present .)
