Mayor ZVoli'e explain�d that this meetin� �,�as called as a hearing on revocation or suspension of On and Off �al� Liquor Licens�s at Culbertsonts Cai'e, Inc., 5916 Excelsior Boulevard, du� fio a recent conviction of selling liquor to a minor. The minor and his mother were pres�nt wh�n meeting was opened, but left shortly after. Donald F. Prat-t, A-ttorney, was present representin� Culbertsons. The following were scvorn in and gav� evidence in the cas�. Kendall Hanson - Clerk at Culbertsonts tZafe, Ine. Doris Sahl - Secretai^y to Ted Culbertson Ted Culbertson - Proprietor of Culbertson•s Cafe, Charles Lee - Customer of Culbertsonts Cafe, Ine, Buck Jackson - ReprEsentative of Union of Hotel & Employees. Inc. Liquor Store Mayor i�lolfe called on City A-ttorney who present�d 'TExhibit P.t' con- taining the inFormation regarding the trial of K�ndall Hanson, clerk, �raho made sale of liquo-r to minor. Addition information cvas given by Chief S or`nson and Officers John H�ubach and George Bullock. After listening to considerable evidence Councilman Pearson mad� a motion, seconded by Councilman Reynolds, that'�the Off Sale �,iquor License of Culbertenn's Cafe, Inc. be suspended for 10 days, starting June 25, 1964.
